With well identified business requirements (RFP) we can help to evaluate Vendor responses on application/services to meet your needs.

An Evaluation criteria is developed with point scoring criteria using score cards.

Vendor system demonstrations could be attended or Software applicatons systems can be installed on test environments for testing RFP capabilities and limits.

Refining of RFP may be required with detailed requirements and re evaluate with short listed Vendors.

Hardware, network, system , database performance need evaluation during this process.
